As we approach the tournament in the next couple of weeks, with winning the season in back of all of the teams minds, we hark back to last season and wonder how the hell Masterbeat won the whole shebang?! Half of the time they didn't have enough players, but when their team did show up, they did some major damage. You know Splash was none too pleased since they had pretty much beat every team in the league, but somehow BAD!'s very own Bad News Bears snuck up and took the title in the end. Talk about underdogs. xoxo

Way Back Wednesdays 4-29

Oh, they deserved that tournament. From second-to-last seed to champions--it was an impressive run.
Splash did have an amazing season, though--they dominated throughout.
The tournament goes crazy ways sometimes. It'll be exciting to see how it plays out this season. I love everyone on Team Gym, but I'm rooting for the underdogs!
I have a feeling Eagle could take it all the way to the end! They haven't won a single game but they look fantastic in those t-shirts.
My money is on Bamboo! I don't think anyone gave them any credit at first (probably because they're all micro-ballers) but have you seen them lately? Scott E has turned them into a force to be reckoned with!
I don't know. The legally blondes are also solid. Could go many ways! Exciting!

Funny... i didn't write that comment. You think i would call my team micro-ballers?? Granted, i do look like the Jolly Green Giant out there with them... I'm surprised anyone would write that-- i scream so much, didn't think i was liked very much at all!! We were the underdogs coming in and it has been a very fun exciting season. Love my team, love this league. Sick of the bullshit tho! : ) Some of the stuff that happens on this site cracks me up!!
Can I ask for the definition of a "micro-baller"? Does that mean Scotty has really small balls?
I'm sure "micro-baller" is a play on the similar "micro-gay", who is also known as "pocket-gay". Perhaps Anon should've coined "pocket-baller" instead?

If you look at me then the rest of my team... i think the next tallest is Thom Allcock... then everyone else is TINY! So i'm the Jolly Green Giant... and the rest are a bunch of small targets!! Leave my balls out of this. : )
